Questions you might have about the program...

How much time does it take? Can I work through the program at my own pace?

The program is designed to take 15-20 minutes a day for 10 days. We understand life can get hectic, so our format allows flexibility. We encourage you to stick to the 10 day timeframe as best you can because it’s proven to keep you on track and give you maximum benefit. However, you’ll have lifetime access. You can always pick it back up when you’re ready.

Do I have to meditate?

At least a little bit yes. The program includes a short meditation as part of most of the daily lessons so to get the best out of the program its best to follow along and participate fully.  The bonus audio section also gives you optional extra meditations you can add to the course content if you want to go deeper. Each practice is a specifically designed training exercise blending meditation with positive neuroplasticity training and other evidence-based methods. Doing this daily practice is fundamental to creating the lifelong shifts in mental-emotional and spiritual strength that this program can give you.

What are the exact call times?

Calls are daily from Tuesday 20th November to Tuesday 29th December 2025

Each 60-minute Zoom call includes a short guided practice followed by time for questions, coaching, and community sharing.
You’re welcome to join any call time that best suits your schedule.
